A list has been created here of accommodation in the environs of the venue and towards the city centre. Please beware of unauthorised agencies. Please do not engage with unofficial companies claiming to sell registrations, accommodation or other services on behalf of the Congress.

Congress App
The congress app contains a searchable scientific programme, the online congress bag and general congress information, all updated in real time. Push notifications are transmitted announcing upcoming events throughout the congress. As it also houses the on demand session content it is not available to exhibitors.
Language
The official language of the congress is English; there are no translational facilities available.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the congress centre.
Security
There will be general surveillance in the venue during set-up days and congress days. Responsibility cannot be accepted for loss of, or damage to, any Company’s equipment or material. Exhibitors or Companies taking Hospitality Suites should ensure that valuable items are removed and securely locked away. Exhibitors or their representatives are not permitted to be on the booth or in the Exhibition Area outside of the opening hours of the exhibition.

Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi‐Fi suitable for basic web browsing is provided free of charge for all registered delegates throughout the congress venue. Should you require a dedicated internet connection for your exhibition booth or hospitality suite, we would recommend ordering a wireless or wired connection, at an extra cost, to guarantee a high‐quality service inclusive of technical support.
