Hospitality Suites
Room Rental
Companies interested in renting a hospitality suite during the congress should contact Kathryn Hodgson (khodgson@ilae.org).
Set-Up
For companies that have rented a hospitality suite, please contact Kathryn Hodgson (khodgson@ilae.org) to confirm the set-up for the room and how many participants are expected by 25 July 2025.
Hours of Use
The hospitality suite is available for a company’s exclusive use from 30 August 12:00 to 03 September 12:00. Please note that access to the congress venue is from 07:30 and the venue must be vacated by 20:00.
Catering
Catering is not included with a hospitality suite but can be ordered from the Catering Contractor; see details on the Suppliers section of the Industry Manual. It is not permitted to take in any of your own catering into the hospitality suite.
Signage
Signage is not included with a hospitality suite but can be ordered from the Exhibition Contractor; see details on the Suppliers section of the Industry Manual. Alternatively one is allowed to bring one’s own pop-up sign to place outside the hospitality suite, the design of which must be preapproved by the Organiser.
Audio Visual
Audio visual equipment is not included with a hospitality suite but can be ordered from the Audio Visual Contractor; see details on the Suppliers section of the Industry Manual. Please note that the deadline for ordering AV for your hospitality suite is 25 July 2025 (any orders received after that date will be subject to extra charges).
