Contractual Registrations
All companies that have registrations included in a sponsorship agreement as part of their satellite symposium package, will be assigned a registration group on the congress registration platform. Each group must have a group leader that will be responsible for adding the participants to receive the registrations. The group leader does not need to be registered for the congress. Rregistrations must be completed by 30 June 2025. Please ensure that all faculty members (chair/s and speakers) of the satellite symposium are included in your registration list.

Exhibitor Badges
Company personnel staffing exhibition booths must be registered for the congress, either as exhibitors or as full delegates, and must display an official congress badge at all times during the congress. Please note that exhibitor passes must be ordered in individual names. No general company badges will be issued and exhibitor badges may not be shared among the personnel of an exhibitor. Badges may be collected at the Exhibitors’ Desk in the Registration Area.

Entitlements
Registered exhibitors are entitled to:

• access to the exhibition area and all public areas of the congress
• coffee breaks when provided
• lunch when provided
• participation at the Welcome Ceremony and Reception, subject to compliance with your company

NOTE: Exhibitor passes do not include to access to the session rooms except for satellite symposia being organised by their own company.

Number of Badges per Exhibiting Company

• 2 complimentary exhibitor passes
• Maximum of 15 exhibitor passes in total

Cost of Exhibitor Badges
Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased at €250 each (excl VAT).
Please check the exhibiting company’s complimentary exhibitor passes entitlement before registering exhibitors.

Exhibition Booth Builder Passes 
As access to the exhibition area is restricted, all booth builders are required to have Booth Builder Passes (wristbands) during build up and dismantling. Please complete the Exhibition Booth Builder Passes Form here by 11 July 2025. Booth builder wristbands will be handed to the main point of contact pre-identified by the Company in advance of the building of the booth and must be worn at all times.

Technician passes are available only for technical staff working on a satellite symposium. A Company can apply for a maximum of five [5] passes by completing this form here by 04 July 2025.

In order to maximise leads during the Congress, avail of an app set up on one’s own device(s) that scan delegate badges that visit your booth with the information immediately stored on your device. Please Note: All participants at the congress must display an official congress badge at all times during the congress. Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission.
